Most orders ship within 24 hrs. If your order can not ship for any reason you will be contacted. We use UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS Mail to ship all packages. We ship to all military addresses (APO and FPO) via USPS Priority Mail.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Orders can not be cancelled once sent to our warehouse. Our return period is 20 days from date of shipment. A restock fee of up to 20% can be taken if items are not returned in 100% new condition. ALL returns must be returned in new condition with all packaging. Returns sent back without all packaging or not in new condition may be rejected.
